This qualification is specifically intended for employed professionals those who as Team Leaders, supervisors and Managers in an organization’s structure and for those who are adapting to start their career at this level. Employees/persons acquiring HABC health and safety will know that Team Leaders, Supervisors and Managers in an organization will have Legal and Moral obligations to ensure health and safety, includes obligations to the employees, visitors, contractors, suppliers, and others.

Its subject areas are regarded by the Health and Safety Executive as being important to developing and maintaining safe working procedures in the workplace
